Very very worst service by ripple tea and their delivery partner DTDC

I ordered in Jan 11 but my order is in Trichy for more than 12 days and I raised complaints for more than 8 time to ripple tea and DTDC but no one wants to take responsibility don't believe these idiots for their safety they are getting prepaid but not want to issue it safely to their customers
