Preparation:
Ripple Long Leaf Green Tea is greenish-yellow in colour, with a rich taste and delicate aroma. However, if not made properly, you will end up with tea that is bitter!
1 Heat water till just below the boiling point.
Add 1.25 g of tea leaves (a tea spoon)
for one cup into a tea pot.
3 Pour the hot water into the pot and steep for no longer than 2 minutes.
4. Strain the tea leaves and enjoy your cup of green tea. You may also add sugar /
lemon / honey as desired.
