  • Preparation :Heat water till just below the boiling point. Add 1.5 gm of tea ( a small teaspoon) for one cup into a tea pot Pour hot water into the pot and steep for 2 minutes only Strain the tea leaves and enjoy your cup of green tea. You may also add sugar / lemon / honey as desired.
